This is the continue screen from the arcade version of Ninja Gaiden. It would really suck being in a position where you're surrounded by demons, tied down, and watching a buzz saw being lowered into your chest. Too bad we never got to see what it looked like after his chest was burst open.

The saw is actually spinning very fast, but youtube doesn't really like 60fps video very much.
