Advancing Eco Agriculture | Realistic Steps to Boost Fruit Quality | Regenerative Apple Grower Steven Bierlink | Monument Apples @AdvancingEcoAgriculture | Uploaded March 2022 | Updated October 2024, 1 day ago.
Steven Bierlink is the Owner and Manager of Monument Apples LLC—a small, detail intensive orchard in central Washington. There they focus on maximum net dollars, rather than cost savings. By changing perspectives from "what should I be doing?" to "what else can I do", many new things have been accomplished.

In his presentation at Regen Rev 2022, Steven explains the role of crop load in fruit quality (pruning/thinning), fruit nutrient testing in conjunction with sap analysis, harvest management, and prioritizing net dollars.

Regen Rev is a 2-day virtual event with regenerative agricultural thought leaders from across the country. Attendees hear from growers and organizations at the cutting edge of the regenerative movement and discover actionable steps towards better soil health and crop performance.
