Today I'm sharing what I eat in a day...breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Prepping meals for my family is such a big part of my life, and a great way to serve them, with healthy, homemade food. But also, keeping things simple makes my life easier, so each day it's trying to find that good healthy balance :)
