Learn how builders are earning the new Inflation Reduction Act 45L Tax Credit (new in 2023) with real examples from Ekotrope's database of over 1 Million homes. This course will describe the changes to the 45L Tax Credit, and the Tax Credit's requirements, and show how Ekotrope supports their users to find new ways to earn this Tax Credit - notably how Scenario Modeling can be used to quickly develop and test new compliance pathways.
We will also discuss using scenario modeling to achieve code and/or beat code to get to Net Zero energy and/or green building certification such as LEED for Homes.

4. Know where to go to get help from a certified HERS rater or bringing in scenario modeling into your work practices right away to build, BETTER.
