I used Ai to generate the thumb because I found the irony poetic

AI has made it easier than ever to create Blender add-ons, but easier does not always mean better.

The Blender market is starting to fill up with tools that look polished on the surface but have barely been tested, offer little more than existing Blender functions, and often fall apart the moment they are used in a real production scene.

But there is another side to this.

AI is also giving artists and smaller creators the chance to build tools they may never have been able to create before. A good idea no longer has to die simply because the person behind it cannot write Python from scratch.

So the real problem is not whether an add-on was made using AI. The problem is whether it was properly considered, tested, documented and supported.

In this video, I look at both sides of the growing AI add-on flood and ask where the line should be drawn between a genuinely useful tool and something that has simply been generated, packaged and sold.

Let me know what you think. Is AI improving Blender development, or is it flooding the market with unfinished tools?
