A test of my new MAME cheat to make Smoke's CPU only "Dash Throw" a player usable move. Credit goes to MK Hacker for revealing the call location and value of the move (I wrote a custom routine to hook the location, and handle it appropriately.) This move replaces the leg take-down for Smoke in the previous build.
This cheat is still a work in progress as there still are a few issues to correct before it can be released.
