The term "Real Intent" comes from a very popular verse in the Book of Mormon known as the Book of Mormon Promise where if you pray to know the truth of it with "real intent" (as well as other criteria) that the Lord PROMISES you that you will get an answer. Unfortunately, many people do not understand the true meaning of this phrase as well as the related requirements to get an answer. If the Lord promises that you would have a manifestation about the truthfulness of something, wouldn't you want to put the Lord to the test? This video talks about what is required in order to get that answer and what it means to us if we do.
