Hi everyone,
This is what happens when I don't film or edit in a month.. sorry for cutting off my thoughts on Donut Fall in Love. It is a very good and fun romance. Jackie Lau does a wonderful job of mixing a fun tone with serious topics like what it is like to be of Asian descent in Canada, how to navigate family and family expectations. The main female character in this one has a delightful donut shot and the hero hired her to teach him to bake for a tv baking competition that he will be on. He is an actor and very aware of the weight of being one of the few Asian actors on film. Let me know if you have any questions!
