Why are bad books attracted to me?
So of all the fun, amazing, exciting books I could have read this month, most of them just skirted away from me and left me with some boring messes. I quit reading one book at page 17; one book had complete tone shifts through out it; one book tries so hard to set itself up as this great big universe of exposition like it's going to be a 26 book series but it's a bloody standalone so we don't have time for this! Holly Black delivers a mismatched platter of bad and good reads, but then there was one thriller that redeemed the month for me.
(However it's December when I'm writing this and I've already found more bad books yaaaaaay)
Anyways, I will try to give my thoughts on each of these books and why I rated them so. Then I'll have to start preparing what remains of my last reading month of 2020.
