I had been reading food memoirs (or foodoirs) for a while before even knowing the name of the genre.
And for a food lover, there is no better escapism possible.
So I thought I'd invite you to lunch in a classical French format : starter, main and dessert (entrée, plat, dessert) while presenting three of my favourite food memoirs.
You should be warned thought, this video might make you hungry. So either watch it with a full stomach, or prepare snacks😉
