Elementary students get an opportunity to practice key reading skills and build confidence with the Readers and Waggers program! This collaboration between the Love on a Leash and Plano Public Library teams brings therapy dogs to Haggard Library, where children are able to read aloud from their own books or books they've checked out from the library.
