Reach the Helicopter isn't quite a sprint, but that's sort of the way that I managed to complete it. There are a lot of enemies around the place, so I mostly distracted them, but also just did enough to keep them off James' back for long enough to make it to the control room. From there's it's just a case of sprinting for the glass window to start the Reach the Helicopter cut-scene.

007 First Light is sort of the origin story of James Bond in gaming form. He starts as an airman, but things go sideways in Icelend, which puts him on the radar for the 00 program. Spearheaded by M, he's taken to Malta for basic training, and so begins the man, the myth, the legend. From there, you'll be introduced to Q Branch, get a swanky London apartment, and then get to take more advanced training back in Malta. Once you complete that, you'll be in the program and get to start your field operations, which is where my 007 First Light walkthrough guide really takes off.
