First, a 39 kills 1st chest where you can see the common spawning : 1 ganado jumps down after the grenade in the building. Then an archer may shoot you, so you can shoot him if you "hear" him ready to shoot.

The 2nd chest needs a perfect start in order to make the building RL come outside in the bonus time. So kill 16 with 2 grenades and run right away to the dual spawning zone. As the building RL must be killed and vanish before we cross the shadow zone again, it's impossible to kill more than 36 with this route.
The 3rd chest is harder than the 2nd chest to me. At least 12 ganados must be killed before we run upstairs. Then I spawn 4 extra ganados in the stairs, although only 3 may be killed in time. A 31st ganado may be killed if we change zone before he vanishes.
The max score with 39-36-31 chests and 156 kills is 204500. I will show the route in a few days, weeks or months (who knows). ;)
