This RE2R randomizer was made by Benn P. (Twitter twitter.com/bennpowell ) and can be downloaded @ benn-gaming.co.uk/re2randomizer.html

Huge thanks to Benn for this awesome tool. Please note that this is an early alpha build of the tool so expect the possibility of soft locks (game lock ups, etc -- Google it for more info). If that happens, generate a new seed.
