TL;DR - I'm lazy and I hate it.

I was working on a love letter to YouTubers, and how they've changed me and inspired me over the years, when Liam Dryden uploaded 'Foundation', a poem summarising his frustrations with how his online prominence had turned sour in a post-Day-Blann-and-Milsom internet, and how YouTube's focus on metrics have changed the platform for the worse.
It inspired me to write down the feelings I've been harbouring about this site. I by and large agree with everything he said, so felt no need to add to the actual discussion. But I have my own frustrations about my online prominence, or lack thereof, which is caused entirely by my own laziness and fear. I've spent 10 years yearning to be even where Liam is, and I'm annoyed at myself for failing, repeatedly, to take the steps necessary to get there.
I know this poem is long. Sorry. It was almost so much longer. If I had to write about every which way my obsession with this site has negatively impacted me; I'd have written an anthology.
Also I'm still quite new to poetry. So if you want to give me some feedback then I'm all ears.
