Bill Nye has decided to frame this issue as Men vs Women & Science vs Ignorance.
We will see how well that analysis holds up.

This is really about drawing an arbitrary line in the sand and deciding when a human being is and is not worthy of protection. Science can help us, but it can't draw that line for us.
