Exploring secret locations: Sisika Penitentiary. How to get to the prison island in Red Dead online.
This is adventure to the prison island explores the island and Sisika penitentary. We take a look at the beautiful views, some very interesting locations and the mysterious places where you can fall through the map.
Then we will free the prisoners and head towards the Casino Boat.
I know this video was a little longer than usual, but I wanted to document the views, cause you never know when this will be patched and the island closed off forever.

Sisika Penitentiary is a maximum-security prison facility in Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online in the Lannahechee River.
The prison, a heavily fortified fortress, lies on a small island off Lemoyne's eastern shore. It was established in 1844.
The island is surrounded by heavily guarded watchtowers. Encircling the prison are many fields and barns, all of which serve as labor camps for the unfortunate inmates. In the center sits the main prison itself, comprised of many small buildings, and larger ones. These structures are enclosed by a fortified wall. The penitentiary is segregated into two wards; one for males, and the other for females.
Sadly the prison island has been closed off for freeroam in both Red Dead Redemption2 and Red Dead Online. The only way to get there is by game glitches or mods.
Events as told by BabyDoll:
In 1898, after the murder of a certain Philip LeClerk in Blackwater, I got framed and wrongfully convicted of committing the crime. I was thereby speedily sent to Sisika Penitentiary and was sentenced to six months of penal labor in wait of my eventual execution. Around one week before my planned execution, I was freed by Horley when I was sent for work detail outside the prison, as he and two hired gunmen intercepted the transport wagon holding me.
Now I am back at the prison island and I will cast my judgement on my wrongdoers.
