GLARE is a novel technique for creating grayscale photolithography masks quickly and affordably by turning 3D polymer patterns into carbon. This approach drastically reduces mask production time and cost, enabling faster, cheaper development of complex microstructures for applications like AR/VR lenses, spectroscopy, and advanced optics, opening new opportunities for startups and established industries alike.
