I've had an idea I could do this for a long time but I was kind of waiting to see what the market would do with brand name silent escs. Not wanting to shell out a bunch of a money I finally decided to take the plunge with some motivation from Ofer Maltiel in the various crawler groups.

Let me know what you guys think about how it runs!

EDIT: I forgot to mention you'll need to update the FW with the "flash esc" button in blheli suite. Once you start the process it's pretty self explanatory.
