The purpose of this kit is to show the solar-powered charging mechanism. As daylight strikes the solar cell throughout the day, solar energy is transformed into electrical energy and stored in the battery. The kit's built-in LED (light emitting diode) will automatically turn on in the evening, utilising the energy of a charged battery. After a full charge, this solar LED kit has an expected 7-hour lifespan.
