This is one that has been on my radar for a long time now and i'm finally happy to have taken it down. We got a couple other insane FC's this session that will be uploaded over the next couple weeks. This stamina and speed training is starting to pay off and i'm really hoping I can get back to being capable of The Violation, we will see what happens though.
