Like almost nobody seen this because:
either it was impossible to unlock because of a glitch (Only Wii has been confirmed, not sure for other platforms :P), either it was really hard to get enough points to unlock this ^_^

Why a Sonic 4 TAS? Well, maybe some of yall who knew my channel 10+ years ago (I was 13 years old back then!) know, I made a TAS of Splash Hill Zone Act 2 back then in the 2013 and I remember THC98 making a TAS of Act 1 at the same period. Its been so much time since I last made a TAS at all, so that I just decided itd be fun to go back to that game and see what happens. Ive been thinking about making a full TAS of the game, but I gotta see if Ill have the motivation to do the entirety of this game & more importantly, the time...
