In this video, I cover getting all the Teensies and Cups for the "Beware of the Mini Murray" level of the "Sea of Serendipity" contained within "Back to Origins".
Either I forgot how hard this level is or it received a difficulty upgrade for Legends. In any case, this is definitely a level worthy of four or maybe even five skulls, yet it somehow only gets three from the developers.
