The Nintendo DS version of Rayman Raving Rabbids has an unused MIDI soundbank in the ROM with WIP tracks from early in development. The soundfont is missing the samples in the ROM, however as it turns out the samples match with the N64 version of Rayman 2. Huge thanks to @MilesTheCreator for discovering this and converting the audio!
