The title track from the musical "Starlight Express" composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber. This is the original recording by Ray Shell, which was then used on the Original Cast Recording.

"The Premiere Collection: The Best of Andrew Lloyd Webber" is a compilation album originally released in 1988, with the original recordings of the promotional singles from Lloyd Webber's most popular musicals at that time:
The Phantom of the Opera, Evita, Cats, Requiem, Jesus Christ Superstar, Song and Dance, Starlight Express, Tell Me On a Sunday, and Variations.
Artists: Sarah Brightman, Paul Nicholas, Elaine Paige, Steve Harley, Barbara Dickson, Michael Crawford, Marti Webb, Cliff Richard, Yvonne Elliman, Ray Shell, Julie Covington, Paul Miles Kingston, Murray Head, and Julian Lloyd Webber.
The album is now out of print in the USA and never was released digitally.
The 1996 follow up album "The Broadway Collection: The Very Best of Andrew Lloyd Webber" did receive a digital release though.
That compilation album features broadway cast recordings instead of the pop singles on this one.
