As we wrapped up a recent visit with Ray Allen, he offered advice to patients pursuing dreams of their own.
“The only reason that you know who I am is because of the work that I put into playing the game of basketball… I wasn’t trying to be famous, I wasn’t trying to be a record-holder, I was just doing what I loved and I did it every single day and I committed to that… It doesn’t matter who tells you what you can or can not do. You have to believe in who you are, and everyone has that power to go out and do something great with your life.”
