"in this video, we will show you how to attach a volume using RDM Vmware feature which allow you to add an external volume,not formatted with VMFS file system
Its use cases are for instance when you want to use an existing volume , with a large amount of data, and you want to share that volume between several physical and virtual systems
Make sure that the volume is accessible using storage adapter dynamic discovery, try to add that storage just to make sure that the specific volume is seen,and then edit VM settings,add disk, and choose the Raw Device Mapping Option
