I'm so excited I made it to the next round! There are so many amazing editors this year! Thank you so much to everyone who voted for me :) While I can't promise I'll make it much farther into the contest, I promise I will try xD
Never edited to true "dance music" before, but it was actually a lot of fun! This round I tried to focus on creative maskings and using them for transitions. I made maskings using FCP X, but since the time of the project I've discovered a new, more reliable and more efficient way to mask characters x3
