q: are you done with drg?
a: i haven't thought about doing a drg video in a while for the first time ever, you can still expect some drg related stuff in the future, but I will no longer concern myself with a 'drg quota' unless i naturally get an itch to make a drg vid, this means I'm stopping the whole "every second upload is gonna be a drg thing", sorry, i don't wanna keep you guys here if you want a consistent drg presence
q: wont you cover season 6's development?
a: no idea, i sense that people's interest in drg isn't as deep as it once was, my channel mainly appealed to an 'unused content' or a 'game development' niche and honestly has been at a standstill for the past few years in terms of growth (how long have I been stuck at 19k subs now? lol)
q: what happened to deep scan evolution?
a: kinda lost the energy for it
q: so you don't care about drg anymore?
a: yo that's not true, I still think DRG is the best horde shooter available, I am still very interested in what GSG does, RC has made improvements but still has a bunch of issues, despite all this I also have a strong desire to not having DRG be my only thing, y'know?
q: when you make a drg video in the future will it feature the rat?
a: yes

a: i hope not lol, i waited until i was deep into production of the next video before sharing this one so the wait isn't as atrocious, after that though i don't imagine needing to animate the rat a whole lot for my typical videos where i talk about games, i am still figuring out blender and all that
a2: wow, uhh, yeah apparently you did have to wait 6 months again, I've decided to keep a level of radio silence cause I hate giving false promises
q: wait did it actually take you 6 months to make this short thing?
a: no, i was learning blender for most of that time and making some practice animations with the rat (they're up on @Moretorian ), production on this actually lasted under two months, again still a noob at this program
q: what is the next video gonna be?
a: i wanna give you a good sample of the rat, hoping to make the next video an entirely animated rant, can't imagine it being longer than 3 minutes, after that i expect to go back to my usual Explorian stuff (niche topics/games, rodentlikes, etc.) with an added presence of rodents...
a2: the video I was hinting at here is shelved, it reached about ~40% completion in the rough animation department tho, it's a shame but it was a decent learning experience, there are things I could showcase someday
q: does this mean Rodentlikes will return?
a: i really wanted to make a new rodentlikes last year, i've put it off for various stupid reasons but it finally feels like the stars are aligning, if it doesn't happen in 2026 i will have a full on meltdown
a2: I don't know if rodentlikes is happening in 2026 but I will not have a meltdown about it lol
