The goal is to have a led marquee that will randomly cycle through messages that are configured via a web interface. From there you can add edit and delete phrases. Additionally you can start and stop the marquee display.

Hardware:
- Adafruit 16x32 RGB LED Matrix
- 5v 4a power supply (for 2 boards full color or 3 boards just text)
- 2.1mm to Screw Jack Adapter - to connect the 5V power adapter
- Female-Female jumper wires
- Raspberry pi
