Hi everyone! Valentine's Day is just around the corner and I wanted to share something special with you guys. So I've decided to team up with Kin Community again for an incredibly fun and yummy valentine's day menu!! I'm sharing these incredibly simply yet delicious raspberry cheesecake cookies so sit back enjoy and don't forget to watch all the other videos on the menu collab as well!

MEASUREMENTS

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract (or almond extract for a nuttier taste)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 3/4 cup flower

1/2 cup to 1 cup of frozen chopped strawberries
1/2 cup to 1 cup of white chocolate chips
