When GG Allin was at the house for the Carnival of Excess sessions, I made sure to have an acoustic guitar on hand. I knew GG liked acoustic music and hoped that he would do some acoustic songs during his stay. He didn’t disappoint! GG did several of them that week, some of which the Razor sang back up vocals on. The acoustic version of Carmelita can be seen and heard in the Todd Phillips documentary, Hated.
Here we have a version of GG doing This Room, which is pretty rare, as I have not released it much. It was a very boozy night, so I was impressed at GG’s ability to hold it together. Acoustic country punk at it’s finest!
