I made this as a test of the Waifu2x upscaler. I think it turned out pretty well as the original clip was 360p

How I Did It
First I extracted the original SFD file from Persona 3 FES.
Then I put it through Avisynth so I could use QTGMC for Deinterlacing and KNLMeans for denoising.
Then I rendered it as a series of PNG files which I put through Waifu2x-Caffe for upscaling which took ~90 minutes with 2239 frames upscaling from 360p to 1080p on a GTX 1050 Ti.
I then took the frames and reconstructed it and synced it with audio in Sony Vegas Pro 16.")
