My interest in the game sparked again after reading about its development again on Wikipedia after Star Fox 2's release announcement. Such a shame this game never came out in its original form. Far more ambitious and fascinating than its current GBA form.
I hope someday there's more information about it in an interview, a video, or, the least likely of all, a prototype that gets leaked into the internet.
