Another day, another extinct rum. Today I revisit an old friend, Cadenhead's Green Label Rum. If you've never had a Rum Old Fashioned, treat yourself, you deserve it. Remember to stay safe and follow the advice of professionals.

2oz/60ml Cadenhead's Green Label or other quality rum
.25oz/7ml cane syrup
2-3 dashes Angostura
Garnish with grated nutmeg
