Portuguese Water Dogs where considered in 1981 the rarest dog breed in the world by the Guinness Book of Records, they love the water and are amazing swimmers, very high energy, these dogs make very funny vocalisations, sounding like dolphins or seals when they are happy and want people and/or other dogs to play with them.
