A very rare Chinese digital screen recording allegedly captured from a KCTV broadcast. The footage briefly shows what appears to be an unknown North Korean anime, with no known title or official references.
The source of this recording is unclear, and no additional clips have surfaced. It is unknown whether this was a test broadcast, a lost program, or something never meant to be publicly seen.

The original broadcast belongs to Korean Central Television, but this recording was captured in Chengdu, possibly from a regional rebroadcast or intercepted signal.
