Title says it all.
Pure none stop dancing - no cuts - one singular take.
I have created a ton of conceptual dance visuals over the course of my career (maybe even too many lol) but this one is different and special in a whole new way.
It’s special because I’ve been teaching and mentoring these individuals for a very long time. Witnessing them being capable of fully owning and performing my choreography (+ so much more) and on a scale that goes way past just a short class combo. If you’ve taken my class then you know - That takes hard work. That takes consistency. Accountability. Determination - All the fancy words, but mostly - it takes time and it takes caring enough to go that extra mile.
It’s cool to care people. It’s cool to go that extra mile. It’s cool to push yourself to the point where you feel and look crazy. It’s cool to embrace growth and be vulnerable in the process.
Damn it, I’m so proud of this group! That’s all. Hope you all enjoy this visual. We all indeed went that extra mile for it. More to come.
