Here is the next in a bunch of videos I made to assist with knitting the Ranunculus sweater by Midori Hirose when we did a knit-a-long in 2022. I had no idea how many people would end up watching these videos! If you'd like access to the whole playlist without ads, all in one place, you can set up an account on my main website and the whole series is $20: sundragonartandfiber.com/ranunculus-playlist
They are also available here on YouTube as a playlist.

I will try not to reveal too much of the pattern, you can get your own copy from the pattern writer on Ravelry (about $6.50):
ravelry.com/patterns/library/ranunculus-3
We love this pattern in the shop because it is so customizable, you can make it on any yarn from a lace weight to worsted weight, can alter the neckline, sleeve length, and torso length, and since it's designed to have enormous positive ease, you can do all of it on a size 10 needle, often without testing your gauge.
This video is the eighth in the series, laying out as clearly as I can a regular light lifted increase into a knit stitch, which are most of the increases from here on out (row 4) of the yoke.
I'll be doing my best to build a playlist of videos that I've already make that could be helpful as well. I already have a video on both the RLI and LLI (left lifted increase) paired together, this video is specific to only RLI as used in the Ranunculus.
Consider subscribing, suggest videos you want to see below, and check out the Sun Dragon Sideshow, Liz and I are always making fun things. We will be talking a lot about the Ranunculus as well during this knit-a-long over there:

Let me know what else you would be interested in seeing in a video :)
