Warning - rant ahead! In most cases, you should probably first sort out your lifestyle and see if that improves your testosterone levels naturally. TRT should be used as a last resort, if all else fails to increase your levels naturally. There may be exceptions, but in most cases, improving your lifestyle habits should be the first thing you try.

This is my personal opinion on the matter, so feel free to disagree in the comments. In this video I unload about how testosterone replacement therapy should not be used a fix to a shitty lifestyle and poor health choices, such as alcohol, not exercising and eating unhealthy foods.
