Ranking pizza toppings is dangerous business 😅
Some belong at the very top, others… should probably stay off pizza altogether. From classic Margherita done right, to spicy salami that makes sense, to modern combos that actually work and a few that just break my Italian heart 💔
This is my honest pizza topping ranking, based on flavour, balance, and tradition (yes, tradition matters).
