Neutral specials are often one of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's most important types of moves and a huge part of their characters' kits. The Smash world has plenty of tier lists, discussions, etc. discussing their power, but their animations don't always get the attention they deserve. Today, we fix that by exploring every neutral special animation in Smash and ranking them on a tier list!
