The first tier list that I'm actually happy with! With the new ranking system, hopefully this one will be the most accurate one yet. After rockets we'll be on to linears, and then we'll be out of power weapon land! Compared to most power weapons, rockets are probably the most interesting, so I'm excited to see what you guys think of this ranking :)
