Copper Head LED:

When looking for an easy option for better-performing headlights for your vehicle our STEDI Copper Head conversion kits are a simple Plug & Play upgrade that is as simple as changing over a factory globe.

On average most halogen 55W lamps will produce 850 Lumens per lamp, compared to 1,760 Lumens per lamp for our Copper Heads. Our Lumens are not to be confused with the exaggerated numbers by other vendors, our Copper Heads are properly tested inside of a Photometric Sphere. All that brightness is useless without exacting light distribution, and this is where we really lead the market. We’ve put lots of work into perfecting the beam geometry to ensure that our kits won’t cause glare and cause unwanted light scatter. We back this up with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

We’ve moved away from active cooling (fan kits) and adopted passive cooling. Passive cooling not only substantially increases reliability, but the flexible cooling belts of our Copper Heads offer the ability to retain the use of the factory dust caps maintaining the water & dust resistance of the headlight housing. With a lower profile than that of a fan-cooled kit, compatibility and ease of installation are also much wider.

Projector LED:

The optical design of a reflector headlamp is very different from that of a projector-based headlight. Designing LED headlight conversion, which is useful on both platforms, is a balancing act full of compromises. Enter our all-new Projector-specific LED upgrade "Project."

Our back-to-back tests on projector headlamps have yielded an average increase of 300% in peak intensity. Add to this the overall beam has incredible width, endless light volume, and is incredibly smooth free of any dominant shadows or hotspots.

One of the critical advantages of our projector-based headlamps is that the optical module is fitted with an internal cut-off shield, which keeps oncoming cars from being blinded by stray light scatter, this allows for a brighter light source to be leveraged without fear of poor light distribution.

HID:

The Xenon HID kit produced by Philips and OSRAM is 25W without a capped brightness of 2000 Lumens. It's capped at 2000 Lumen so car manufacturers are not required to fit auto levelling and washer systems. The very best Xenon kits found in the high-end euro cars are all equipped with 35W units from the factory.

Unlike other retro-fit solutions on the market, our HID doesn't require any adaptors or wiring hacks. Just like the original equipment, our D4S kit integrates the starter and igniter in the base of the unit and will plug directly into your factory headlight wiring harness. We expect that the installation can be carried within 10 minutes.

A huge increase in visibility without sacrificing longevity. The Xenon gas used in our D4S is supplied by Messr™ Germany. The capsule comes from APL™ in the USA. The Quartz glass is Philips™.
