Here's a demo of my module RANDOM8 (which is out now!) - it gives you 8 stepped or smooth random voltages in 8HP, with per channel looping & attenuator controls, pitch quantiser & more. It's designed to make your modular sound more alive & I designed it in collaboration with Befaco. First I'll explain it (2:33), then we'll Rings in to Clouds it (17:07), then we'll make drums and techno with it (27:42).
I managed to forget to show you how to reset channels to default settings! Just hold the channel button(s) down for 5 seconds. To reset all 8 channels, hold the top and bottom channels for 5 seconds.
I'll make more videos to jam RANDOM8 on different sources, but what else would you like to know more about, or anything you'd like to see under RANDOM8 control?
