Tips for English people : watch what I'm doing and do this steps (it's very easy to do) :

1. motion track your text
2. open your text setting and choose the "character offset" animation

3. set your character offset and keyframe it as I do

For random numbers :

1. create a black solid
2. choose the "Lighten", "Add" or "Screen" mode to remove the dark

3. apply the effect "numbers"

4. change the value starting from 0 to the number of your choice
5. motion track your solid with numbers
by ticking the 3D option

6 at any time adjust the position of "Z" to the same value as the random text
