I am very excited to announce the release of my new album, Anew. This last year was a year of many changes, challenges, travels, and new visions. Trying to wrap my head around the state of humanity and our role on this planet has been one of my most profound creative inspirations. Climate change, deforestation, political chaos, endless war… sometimes it all seems to coalesce into a state of apathetic anxiety. But through art we can find beauty; through music, we can find elation. Somehow in the depths of creation, we can make sense of it all and see the path forward. I hope this new album assists you in your personal journey to rise free and make a positive change in your life and the world. In every moment we are truly born anew.

This classically trained musician has explored a plethora of musical genres over the course of his career from stints performing in jazz orchestras to time spent fronting a heavy metal band. Like Random Rabs past albums, Visurreal draws from an impressive array of influences, merging everything from classical to Arabic music and creating something altogether unique.
On this LP, Random Rab paints surreal soundscapes through varied instrumentation, drum machines, sequencers, and vocal samples. Though each song is different, they transition seamlessly, unifying the album. Meanwhile, the slow, graceful builds and much-anticipated drops throughout Visurreal will keep listeners engaged.
Random Rabs careful compositions are so multifaceted that they feel completely open to interpretation and isnt that the whole point of music? With layer upon layer of innovative instrumentation, Visurreal will make listeners feel like theyre wandering through someone elses dreamscape, but its undercurrent of human emotion will allow fans to make this otherworld their own.
