Thanks for watching this quick miscellaneous video! I've been struggling with sourcing for a while and needed a reality check to keep myself accountable! I need to list because I'm leaving too much money on the table.

I can't stop sourcing all together because I enjoy that outlet, at least every once in a while.
Plus there's so many gems all around me!

Should I hire some temporary help?
Should I ask family?
Should I just suck it up and break my back because it will all be worth it in the end?
What would you do?
