In this video, I discuss my inspiration of the day, and how I use "inspiration files" or "prompts" to create mark-making when I feel stuck. I demonstrate my "art poetry" style of painting a base of watercolour (underpainting of sorts), and refer to my home-made art journal "cheat sheet" of marks.
