Randall Kennedy, on “What Racial Order Should We Be Attempting to Achieve in the United States of America?” Randall Kennedy is the Michael Klein Professor at the Harvard Law School. A graduate of Princeton (1977), a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, and a graduate of Yale Law School (1982) he is the author of many books, most recently The Persistence of the Color Line: Racial Politics and the Obama Presidency (2011) and For Discrimination: Race, Affirmative Action, and the Law (2013).
